Job Description

                    Provide day to day support for production applications and environments
Work with databases (SQL, Oracle, PLSQL) to identify and fix data related problems
Utilize Linux commands and scripting for system monitoring and issue resolution
Analyze production issues and coordinate with vendors for patch management and ensure patches are applied as per guidelines
Maintain detailed documentation of changes and fixes implemented in production
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
