TEAM LEADER

Full Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

This role is based in our Soho Coffee Shop 5 minutes from St Leonards Train Station.

What being a Team Leader is all about:

• In charge of the store when the Store Manager is not present.
• Supervising both front and back of house operations.
• Lead a team to serve customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, role modelling service superstardom!
• Involved in merchandising and stock rotation.
• Banking and Cash handing activities.
• Training team members in store processes and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards.
