Team Leader / Barista Cashier

As a Lead Barista, you will engage with customers, make drinks and food, process payments, organize and stock the sales floor and provide an overall positive brand experience to customers. Additionally, you will assist in scheduling, manage vendor relationships, and be responsible for adequate shift coverage.

• Lead and train barista team to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
• Handle inventory management: order supplies, track usage, reduce waste.
