Take charge of daily team operations and drive high performance to meet company goals
Continuously monitor and enhance team productivity, efficiency, and service quality
Quickly address and resolve operational and personal related issues to keep workflows smooth
Inspire and motivate team members to foster positive engagement and a collaborative environment
Deliver effective coaching, training sessions, and performance evaluations to develop your team
Collaborate closely with Quality Control (QC) and Training teams to ensure consistent standards
Provide frontline support, including English communication assistance
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead a team of more than 40 members.
A strong customer first mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering quality service
Results driven leader with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
