Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of underwriting experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and investor guidelines
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving ability
• Proven team management skills and the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Amenable to work onsite in 1Nito or JDN IT Square

Duties and Responsibilities:

In addition to the core underwriting tasks listed, the Team Lead will:

Leadership & Oversight

• Supervise and mentor a team of underwriters, ensuring adherence to company policies and investor guidelines.
• Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and maintain SLA compliance.
• Conduct regular quality audits and provide feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency.
