The Opportunity

As Team Leader Community Support Services at Hume City Council, you will be responsible leading the Community Support Services team, oversee the day-to-day operations, contribute to the planning and implementation of changes responding to our growing community and ongoing reforms. Your ability to liaise with a wide range of agencies, groups, and individuals will be critical to successfully providing quality of care with a person-centred approach.
