Morgan McKinley is partnering with a Non-Bank Lender looking for a Team Leader, focusing on Consumer Credit within the Asset Finance team. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days to be based in the Sydney office.

This role will own the consumer asset finance space, bringing recent, hands-on market knowledge to uplift performance and manage a high volume of deals, including significant refinancing flows. As volumes grow, the position will evolve into a senior leadership remit, offering the opportunity to hire analysts and transition into a management-focused role.
