                    Team Leader Core Laboratory Cytogenetics Location: Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
 Highlights: Leadership role in a respected core laboratory (Cytogenetics)

 Key Responsibilities: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
Oversee testing quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
Train, coach, and support team members while ensuring adherence to standard work
Monitor workflow, turnaround times, and team productivity
Support lab operations, equipment troubleshooting, and staffing needs
