Team Leader - Crosby House (Waking Nights)

Crosby House is a 40 room Older People's Service within the Ashgrove area of Aberdeen, providing a broad range of specialist 24-hour care to our residents. We are currently recruiting for a Night Team Leader (39hrs) on a permanent full-time basis, joining our dynamic team, you will provide a professional, caring and effective service to our service users to ensure they receive the best of care.

Hours: 39 hours per week (Prior Experience in Lone Working and Night Shift Working in the UK is essential.)

Rota: Rolling rota over 7 days which will include a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and weekends on a rota basis. You will get every 2nd weekend off.


Rate of Pay: £15.77 per hour (unqualified) - £16.29 per hour (Qualified - SCQF Level 7 in Social Services & Healthcare + 15 academic credits in Supervision and / or Management at SCQF Level 7)
