As the Team Leader - Allocations at our Melbourne Customer Support Centre you will work in partnership with Hub Managers and Fleet team to lead day-to-day branch operations and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service, driving revenue, fleet utilisation, customer satisfaction, and key performance results.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
Lead and motivate Sales Coordinators to deliver exceptional service

Promote a strong Safety First culture

Oversee daily operations, including pre-start meetings, compliance, stocktakes, and quality control
