Team Leader Drug and Alcohol Testing Unit

About the role:
This role is critical to the leadership and integrity of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Program and is part of a small team of collectors responsible for the drug and alcohol testing of Victoria Police employees. The Drug and Alcohol Testing Unit (DATU) is led by an Inspector, and each team has a team leader. The unit is responsible for supporting Victoria Police's commitment to provide a safe workplace. DATU aims to ensure all employees are healthy, fit, ready and capable to perform their duties and to deliver an ethical and professional service to the organisation and the community.
DATU is responsible for:
* managing the overall drug and alcohol testing program on behalf of the Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police.
* arranging the collection and testing of samples by collectors and service providers.
