This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that an organization's IT support and customer service operations run efficiently and effectively. Leading, managing, and coordinating the operational activities of the service desk team allocated to him/her
To provide high-quality IT support and customer service to the organization's employees or external clients.
Ensuring that service desk operations run smoothly through pro-active planning for unexpected peaks and valleys in operational demand
