Team Leader Energy Storage Systems

As team leader you coach and lead a team of project engineers, product engineers, designers and test engineers towards ambitious results, and you coordinate all projects in the team's portfolio.

You will work closely together with the Product Marketing Manager of your product range to understand customer needs and to maintain an ambitious project portfolio. You will interact with other departments and management to understand the bigger picture, and clearly set priorities for your team accordingly.

You will ensure a strong commitment of the team to realize projects on time in full, according to Master Spec targets. Products delivered by your team should be innovative and are characterized by high reliability, ease of operation and safety.
