Team Leader

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Shift Supervisor , referred to as Team Leader, for our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) manufacturing site in Englehart, Ontario. Our building products business manufactures DensGlass® gypsum board, DryPly® plywood, and RESI-MIX® wood adhesives, among others.

The Shift Supervisor will lead a team of up to 25 production and maintenance associates to achieve production, quality, safety and reliability goals. The role is performed in a manufacturing plant environment with extended periods in noisy, non‑air‑conditioned or unheated areas and may involve day, night, weekend, and holiday work hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wood products production team to work injury‑free/incident free in a continuous manufacturing process.
• Supervise and coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affecting EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production and costs.
