Job Description

                    Minimum Requirements Qualifications & Certifications Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory) 
Relevant Tertiary IT Qualification 
Microsoft MCSA 2016 or equivalent certification 
ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or higher) 
Valid Driver's Licence and Own Reliable Transport 
Experience Required Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting datacentre and infrastructure environments 
Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 or later 
Extensive experience supporting Active Directory environments 
Extensive experience supporting Hyper-V virtualisation platforms 
Extensive experience supporting multi-vendor hardware platforms 
Strong understanding of server infrastructure and enterprise environments 
Proven experience in incident, problem, and escalation management 
Previous leadership or team management experience advantageous
