Team Leader, Financial Reporting

**Job Description**

We’re hiring a Team Leader, Financial Reporting to join our Self-Funded Financial Reporting team. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for analyzing and evaluating the financial performance of Self-Funded (ASO) health plans and stop loss performance.

As the Team Leader, Financial Reporting, you will oversee and support complex initiatives to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and related analysis for the Self-Funded business. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements across the reporting lifecycle.

This position also serves as a critical liaison across the organization.
