Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader for a permanent position in home-based services in Oulu. The role involves organising the activities of a team of nurses and acting as a professional expert in nursing care. Work includes both home‑based nursing care and limited office duties, with an average of two office shifts per week, some of which can be performed remotely.

The position is part of Mehiläinen's disability services team providing 24/7 home care. The focus is on high-quality care, including traditional nursing, medication administration, monitoring, and guidance, with a rehabilitative approach in cooperation with the client and their family.
