Team Leader for Content Moderation (24/7 Shift Basis)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate content moderation outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines and client requirements.
• Lead 24/7 shift basis Operations: Manage and oversee a team of content moderators across multiple shifts, ensuring continuous coverage and adherence to service levels.
• Performance Management: Monitor and track key operational KPIs such as accuracy, productivity, compliance, and turnaround time; implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Shift Planning & Resource Allocation: Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks, manage shift schedules, and ensure optimal team coverage during peak hours.
• Coaching & Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide one-on-one coaching, and organize skill development sessions to improve team capability and morale.
