As a Team Leader at Scooteretti, you will oversee daily retail operations at our Ottawa TrainYards location. This vital role involves motivating your team, delivering unparalleled customer service, and using your cycling knowledge to connect with customers. You’ll also engage in ongoing training to develop skills in product knowledge and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct a high-performing team, reporting to the Vice President
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service and care
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product presentation excellence
• Share cycling passion to guide product choices for clients
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events and promotions
