About the Role:

We’re looking for a Team Leader to manage our frontline spray drying operations. You’ll lead one of our four shift teams taking ownership of end-to-end processing, transforming raw milk into infant formula powder safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Processes are modern, largely automated and cover wet-mixing, evaporation, spray-drying, and bulk-powder packing, operated by a team of eight.

Day-to-day you’ll manage plant activities, coordinate production, and handle exceptions. Season-to-season you’ll have key input on process improvements, adopt new technologies, and develop team capability.
