The Role: We are currently seeking two full-time, permanent Team Leaders to join our team. This position is located in Windsor, ON and offers in‑office, hybrid, or fully remote work flexibility.

Position Overview

The Team Leader, Insurance Operations is responsible for developing and supporting their employees, and coordinating their team’s activities to achieve company standards. The role also involves participating in cross‑divisional process alignment discussions to maximize efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment and an effortless customer experience.
