Team Leader - Intensive Bail Initiative

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families across the Mount Isa region?  As part of our Intensive Bail Initiative Team, you'll be part of a wrap-around service that supports the families of young people who have come into contact with the youth justice system. In this varied and challenging role, you'll help give families the tools they need to thrive. We understand that in developing effective working partnerships it is a ‘two-way street’, so we offer a practice model that respectfully engages clients and provides peer support for the practitioners.
