Team Leader

About the Role:

WAVE is hiring an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide our ACA and Medicare campaigns. If you are a strong communicator, motivated to lead a team, and ready to drive results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 20–50 agents on ACA and Medicare campaigns
• Monitor performance, attendance, and quality of calls
• Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and coaching sessions
• Coordinate with management to achieve campaign targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Call Center Team Lead / Supervisor (BPO preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in ACA or Medicare campaigns is a plus
• Target-driven, punctual, and able to motivate a team
• Night shift availability
