Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate service crew during shifts
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures
• Assign staff duties and monitor attendance and performance
• Maintain service quality and handle basic customer complaints
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
• Assist in training new staff
• Support cashiering and monitor basic stock levels
• Report operational or disciplinary issues to Operation Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
