Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring effective collaboration, meeting performance goals, and managing resources efficiently. Responsibilities include setting clear team objectives, monitoring progress, providing guidance and support to team members, and managing communication between team members and higher management. The Team Leader will also be responsible for reporting progress, analyzing team performance, and implementing continuous improvements where necessary.
