Job Description

• Take charge of daily team operations and drive high performance to meet company goals
• Continuously monitor and enhance team productivity, efficiency, and service quality
• Quickly address and resolve operational and personal related issues to keep workflows smooth
• Inspire and motivate team members to foster positive engagement and a collaborative environment
• Deliver effective coaching, training sessions, and performance evaluations to develop your team
• Collaborate closely with Quality Control (QC) and Training teams to ensure consistent standards
• Provide frontline support, including English communication assistance

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead a team of more than 40 members.
