Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for dispatching the team/technicians in the field daily.
• Responsible for monitoring the assigned SO/Tickets if completed or not.
• Responsible for hourly and daily reports of the status of the assigned SO/tickets of his team to the Area Supervisor.
• Responsible for monitoring the KPI of the team (MTTR/MTTP/RTI/TI/SQI) daily and monthly.
• Responsible for consolidating reports in the afternoon to be submitted to the Area Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• GRADUATE OF ANY 4-YEAR COURSE
• WITH TELCO EXPERIENCE(PLDT, GLOBE.SMART, CONVERGE, ETC)
• COMPUTER LITERATE (EXCEL, MICROSOFT, PIVOT)
• GOOD IN VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
• CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND CAN SUBMIT REPORTS PROMPTLY
• TEAM PLAYER
• CAN WORK ASAP
