  THE OPPORTUNITY 
 Our client, a leading insurance group that has been managing workers' insurance and injured workers' compensation claims in Australia for 110 years, is hiring for a Team Lead to be part of their Manila team! Together with their AU partners, employers, medical providers and customers, they drive industry-leading return-to-work outcomes and safe work initiatives.
 As the Team Lead, you will be expected to manage & monitor the functions within the Data Entry team, and to provide the highest level of service to both internal and external customers.
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
 Lead teams into achieving day-to-day metric goals including SLA by offering pro-active solutions through Operations Manager, and completing monthly deliverables and tasks.
 Identify and track issues, risks, and action items, provide status to Group Manager, and facilitate resolutions.
