Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our manufacturing operations in Merlimau, Melaka. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of production workers, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output. This is a full‑time position based on‑site at our facility.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of production workers
• Monitor team performance and productivity, and implement strategies to optimize workflows
• Provide hands‑on training and coaching to team members to develop their skills
• Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute production schedules
• Provide regular progress reports to management
