Team Leader
You will plan and organise the work of the respective teams including the allocation of human and physical resources within allocated budget parameters, ensuring efficient usage. Dealing with timesheets, identifying the need for agency and covering staff, managing holiday requests, administering sickness and absence processes. Collect in all operational task sheets and associated paperwork at the end of the day etc.
About the role
In this role you will supervise service teams ensuring the development of cost effective and customer focused operational teams engaged in the daily delivery of environment operations within their service area (Refuse, Recycling, Green). Ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the Council’s values, beliefs, priorities, policies, procedures and objectives.
