Team Leader - Nelson

We are looking for a energetic and motivated Team Leader for our Residential Houses in Nelson. You will lead a team in supporting our people to live as independently as possible whilst also providing a safe environment where they can develop confidence, build friendships, and interact within the community.

There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts spanning across the week, so having the flexibility to support your team across a variety of shifts is a key part of this role.
