Team Leader Operations - Sheikhupura

**Main Purpose of Job**

Ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehousing operations by managing Factory Distribution Center (DC) activities, 3PL performance, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with Nestlé standards.

**Key Outputs & Responsibilities**

**Warehouse Operations & Performance**

+ Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
+ Monitor and improve DC and 3PL performance using agreed KPIs (service, cost, productivity).
+ Ensure inventory accuracy, issuance accuracy, and control of warehouse damages.

**Safety, Quality & Compliance**

+ Ensure full compliance with Nestlé standards.
+ Maintain storage conditions as per FG & RP specifications and QA requirements.
+ Drive safety culture to achieve LTIFR and audit targets.
