Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and supervise a team of Operations team members.
• Conduct regular work audits to ensure data accuracy & proper reporting.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight

• Manage end-to-end staffing operations including candidate onboarding, deployment, timesheet & Leave management and Exit.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for HR & Billing operations delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems used by the operations team. Implement data governance on maintaining consistency.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements using new systems, tools & introduce AI as part of this enhancement initiative leading to operational excellence.
