Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part‑time Team Leader who provides a brand experience for our customers. In this role, you will lead, train and motivate a high‑performance team while exceeding high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
• Assist in ensuring appropriate and effective space‑management techniques are utilized.
• Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profits.
• Ensure that all fixtures are always replenished.
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual‑merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to grow our business.
• Train Sales Associates on visual‑merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
