Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Dispatching of tickets per team every morning
2. Monitoring of team output
3. Calling and pushing per team to acquire required output per day
4. Assisting of team to whatever needed on site like end button which is from PLDT assistance.
5. Updating the Google Sheet link every 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm
6. Closing of team output in the system
7. Sweeping of all tickets done by his/her team that are not closed with in the day

ALL TICKETS DONE BY HIS/HER TEAM MUST BE CLOSED WITHIN THE DAY.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations. Engineering or related course
• 2-5 years experience in Telco
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Must Have knowledge in TMS, OFSC, and Oracle
• Proper handling in dispatch
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good in coaching, guiding, and motivating teams.
