Team Leader PM Shift £14.28ph 1400 - 2200 Mon to Fri Temporary to Permanent
Leading from the front in this role , your day to day duties would include, but not limited to

• Compiling staff rotas.
• Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary
• Planning workloads.
• Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
• Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news
• Maintaining safety standards
• Training staff and ensuring training is up to date
• Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
• Conducting performance reviews
• Customer liaison
• Overseeing business audits

Previous supervisory experience is essential as well as previous MHE use such as PPT or FLT.
SAP knowledge is advantageous.
