**Position: Team Leader Production**

**Role Purpose**



Lead shift operations to deliver safe, high-quality production on time and within cost, while developing people and driving continuous improvement through NCE/TPM.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Lead, coach, and develop shift team capabilities

+ Execute shift production plan (output, quality, cost, schedule)

+ Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards

+ Maintain smooth plant operations and equipment reliability

+ Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization

+ Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, HR, and other functions

+ Support new product launches



**Requirements**



+ B.Sc. Engineering (or relevant)

+ 1-3 years manufacturing experience
