Team Leader

Join our operative area as a **Team Leader.** You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient compliance with the production plan per shift while reaching the four key metrics of EHS, QFS, cost and service through a proper coordination with their team members of the assigned line and efficient communication with the maintenance resources. This role is located in Queretaro.



**A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**



+ **Detail Oriented:** Ensure compliance with the production plan and lead daily revision meetings to review team performance indicators (DDS1).

+ **Development and Compliance:** Attend DDS2 meetings, share results from the previous shift, and ensure efficient shift change processes.

+ **Organizational and Responsible:** Identify key indicator trends, communicate issues, and coordinate root cause analysis with the shift team.<...
