Job Description We are seeking a proactive and motivated Team Leader  to oversee on-site rail operations in Montréal-East. This full‑time permanent position operates Monday to Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. You will lead daily field activities, support and engage your team, and ensure rail operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
