Job Description
- Participate and lead in the day-to-day administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements
- Reviewing draft letters, notices, emails and reports
- Securing, indexing and safekeeping of books and records.
- Planning and executing assets realization / debt recovery process
- Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties
- Managing the processes of adjudication of creditors' claims and the investigatory work to trace assets and assess potential recoveries for creditors
- Participating in the financial review and preparing restructuring proposals
- Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other business advisors.
- Participating in clients' / creditors' meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings
- Coaching and guiding junior team members
- Performing any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives
