Team Leader, Restructuring

Participate and lead in the day-to-day administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements
Reviewing draft letters, notices, emails and reports
Securing, indexing and safekeeping of books and records.
Planning and executing assets realization / debt recovery process
Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties
Managing the processes of adjudication of creditors' claims and the investigatory work to trace assets and assess potential recoveries for creditors
Participating in the financial review and preparing restructuring proposals
Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other business advisors.
Participating in clients' / creditors' meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings
Coaching and guiding junior team members
Performing any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives
Working closely with Directors and Partners and communicate issue(s) aroused clearly and timely
