Your role

The University of Luxembourg is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join its Facility Management department. You will lead the Safety & Services Team and report directly to the Head of Facility Management. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving defined objectives, ensuring smooth daily operations within your team, and advancing Health & Safety matters across the University.
Lead a team of safety and security professionals and service providers

Develop and define safety and security concepts for the university

Build and maintain a strong operational unitincluding subcontractors and suppliers

Contribute actively towards the evolution of the Facility Management department
