Silver Fern Farms Pacific, our Hastings site, is recruiting a Team Leader for their Secondary Butchery. You will be joining a team of three team leaders, looking after 90 production staff, with the support of a Department Team Leader. This role is nightshift of 45 hours per week, between the hours of 3pm to 12.30am. These can change depending on staffing requirements.

As a Team Leader, you will have responsibility and accountability for the department and its outcomes. You will play a critical part in ensuring team members know and understand what’s expected and how the team’s production output contributes to the overall departmental production targets.

You will provide inspirational leadership to the team which enables the highest of standards to be set and builds a team culture which embraces and values respect, safety, accountability, and teamwork.
