What You'll Do
Leads production operations in cells with intermediate complexity, such as those involving RF machines. Manages tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production on electronic and mechanical assemblies. Works from diagrams and detailed drawings, establishes initial machine settings, and uses specialized hand and power tools. Performs advanced continuity checks and conducts quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Applies acquired job skills to complete tasks and occasionally adapts techniques to resolve standard problems. Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience, with some judgment required and general supervision provided.
