 for a Team Leader, Shophouse to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Support the F&B Manager in the daytoday operations of Shophouse

Lead and supervise the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards

Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service in line with ShangriLa brand values

Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, menu items, and service procedures

Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are consistently upheld

Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching team members to enhance service performance

Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and readiness for service

Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly

Conduct regular checks on outlet cleanliness, setup, and miseenplace
