Team Leader – Site Operations

Overview

We are hiring multiple dedicated Team Leaders – Site Operations to oversee daily technical works at multiple sites across our service portfolio. These individuals will play a crucial role in managing frontline technicians, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring timely execution of maintenance and project tasks. Reporting directly to the Junior Technical Engineer or Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising diverse categories of technicians (MEP, civil, handyman, etc.), allocating tasks, inspecting work quality, and preparing daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technician teams on assigned sites or project locations
• Allocate tasks based on daily schedules and ensure timely completion
