What Will You Do?

• Lead and develop Buller’s Three Waters operations team, fostering a high-performing, positive, and safety-focused environment.
• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and emergency response for water supply, wastewater, and stormwater services, ensuring compliance and effective asset management.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance, building productive relationships with internal and external partners, iwi, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice and technical support for three waters activities, projects, and planning, contributing to asset renewal, budgets, and reporting.
