Purpose of the Role
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of 8–12 agents within the operation, ensuring strong sales performance with a primary focus on upselling. This role provides daily coaching, performance monitoring, and operational support to drive revenue growth, service quality, and agent development. The TL ensures consistent execution of sales strategies, effective objection handling, and adherence to service standards, while identifying opportunities to improve conversion and upsell outcomes.
