Job Description

                    Role Responsibilities Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales engineers executives focused on hydraulics and fluid power solutions. 
Set clear sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations in line with organizational goals. 
Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline discussions and performance evaluations. 
Provide ongoing coaching in technical selling, negotiation skills and solution‑based sales approaches. 
Ensure team alignment with company sales strategy, ethical standards and governance norms. 
Business Development / Job Winning Drive new business acquisition for hydraulic components, systems, power packs and fluid power engineering services. 
Identify and pursue opportunities related to hydraulic system design, retrofits, modernization, upgrades, maintenance and turnkey projects.
