Team Leader/Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Team Leader to oversee daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen and bar operations (coffee & drinks).
• Perform coffee calibration and ensure drink quality standards.
• Handle POS operations and cashiering.
• Monitor stocks, inventory, and ordering.
• Prepare staff schedules and supervise team members.
• Ensure store cleanliness, sanitation, and proper display at all times.
• Maintain excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
• Help new employee for training and transition.

Qualifications:

• With experience in café, restaurant, or retail operations. minimum of 1 year.
• Knowledgeable in coffee preparation and calibration.
• Experienced in POS and cash handling.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
